Senior Recruitment Consultant – £40k, Hybrid / London – Digital Healthcare

I’m looking to speak with Senior Recruitment Consultants, for a leading digital transformation consultancy in the healthcare sector.

The company supports NHS Trusts and healthcare providers across the UK, delivering strategic planning, business case development, implementation, go-live support, and training. And they are now looking to expand their recruitment offering for their clients.

You will be winning new business, build strong relationships and of course, place into these companies. There is a delivery function that you can lean on when needed too – if winning new business is more your thing.

If you have experience placing contract positions, that will be a huge advantage to any application.

You’ll be self motivated, as this role will begin as a remote position, with the availability to go into a shared working space. Once you’ve built your client base up, you’ll be responsible for growing the team below you as you move into a Recruitment Management position. When the team has grown, this will become a hybrid role, based in London.

From a salary perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £40k, with a great commission scheme, flexible working and lots of other benefits too.
