We are working with a client whose office is in Glasgow. AI is currently one of the fastest growing sectors, and having been in the space a while they have a really strong reputation in the area, a lot of the work they do is retained and they work with some massive clients.

You will have a proven background in the Data/AI/ML space, ideally within contract recruitment. You will have a strong background within BD- naturally here your job is made easier by having a fantastic reputation, however you will still have the drive to win new business.

They already have contract runners out- and you will come in and take over some of this book, there is no standing start here and you will be able to come in and earn well from the off. You will be focused on building the contract desk and bringing new business into the company.

There is a massive opportunity to grow the contract side, so if you have aspirations to run a team and really take a business to the next level this is the perfect time to get in with a company going from strength to strength.

From a financial perspective your base salary will be reflective of your experience and billings, but realistically you will be on  between £30,000 – £40,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures too which you can start earning from day one.
