Are you a Principal recruitment consultant looking to join a team known for low attrition rates and a clear career plan with high standards and high earnings to boot?

They are looking for recruiters who have a background in either mechanical or electrical engineering, the white collar side or someone who is used to placing PM/QS/engineers.

You’ll have at least 4 years of 360 recruitment experience, with a track record of bringing on fantastic clients and being able to find great candidates for them. You will be happy to get on the phone and talk to great candidates. You will be comfortable forming new relationships with clients and pitching to win their business.

They have a high-performance culture, and as a result the consultants here are used to doing really well. You will be driven, motivated and confident, wanting to take your career to the next stage.

You will need to live a commutable distance to either Liverpool or Manchester as you will work in a lovely upscale converted barn, the sort of office which is designed for both comfort and productivity.

There are great incentives which go with the role, including great monthly incentives when targets are hit, good holiday allowance, birthdays off and great, continuous training as well as uncapped commission.

From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of £40,000 with £5,000 guaranteed commission, and you will be billing 2200k+ a year. In terms of the commission scheme, it is genuinely one of the best around. You can realistically be looking to take home around half of what you bill.
