99% of agencies have had a pretty terrible 12 months. Not many can say they’ve actually grown in extremely competitive markets.
They know it’s not rocket science; create a high achieving environment, do the basics right, trust and empower your team to do what they do best, and it will happen. And it has happened for them.
It’s a c30 head business with a core in the UK, but with others dotted around the globe. They describe themselves as grown-up environment, so if you love going in to the city and out for drinks 4 nights a week, this might not be the one.
The directors of the business are hands on and both lead from the front, so you’ll be around people who practice what they preach, and they’ll give lots of support to help you succeed from day one. They are very well connected and get a lot of roles before they come on the market too.
We’re looking for someone who has worked perm or contract desks in business applications – for example ServiceNow, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics. Your billing needs to be north of £150,000 to fit in to the high performing environment. It’s really important that you can do full 360 in the contract and/or perm world. We’re not looking for order takers, we’re looking for order makers.
The office is based in Bromley, and it is a really grown up environment. Got a dog you need to get home to walk? No problems. Do a school run each day? Great! You’re treated like an adult, and trusted and empowered. Oh, everyone gets a 4pm finish on Friday as well.
You’ll get a base salary of up to £40,000 depending on your experience, and a great commission scheme, up to 20%, plus the opportunity to travel twice a year on international incentive trips.
