Account Manager
Are you a natural people person looking to make your next step within sales?
Well, I hope you are, because I am on the lookout for an account manager to join our client who offers a wide range of transport solutions for both businesses and individuals.
This place prides itself on the culture they have created within the office. Everyone’s successes are celebrated and rewarded (handsomely).
You will be a natural communicator who loves chatting to people, is self-driven and will thrive in a bustling sales-driven environment. You will be happy to talk to people over the phone as well as meeting with potential clients. You will have a background in sales but do not need any specific industry experience.
You will deal with inbound enquires as well as going out to try and utilise opportunities with local businesses. They advertise well so you will get a lot of traffic through the website and various social media, so it will be on you to make the most of this. They are very forward thinking with their advertising and staff regularly do videos to talk about new products and offers (so not being camera shy is a massive plus).
This is an office-based role just south of Northampton, so please make sure you live a commutable distance away.
You will get a salary between £20,000 - £25,000, with realistic OTE of £40,000. The commission is uncapped so there is a great opportunity to earn. It is a Monday to Friday role so you will have your weekends to yourself and there are plenty of perks that come with the role.
We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so if you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Josh Withers on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable, to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there are no gender biases in our adverts.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
