OX Seven is a specialist recruitment consultancy.

From a clients’ perspective, this means assessing your companies position in the market and formulating strategies on how to present that in the best possible way to potential employees. We do this by looking at your existing advertising literature and job specifications to make sure they are doing absolutely everything to attract and retain staff. We consult with you on what your competitors are doing in the way of employee benefits and their talent attraction strategies. We may not fill every single role for you, but we will always add value to your process.

From a candidates’ perspective, we are here to help and guide you. We are not a database agency and do not want you to take time out of your day to traipse to our office to fill in a few forms to then never hear from us again. We want to build meaningful relationships with you and do everything we can to assist you. We will not place every candidate, but we will help, guide and assist everyone who interacts with us. Our job is not just to ping your CV to everyone on our database, it is to guide you through the interview and onboarding process of the best employers in your area.
