Who doesn’t want to wake up and be at their desk within 60 seconds these days? Here, you’ll get exactly this in a fully remote role.

I’m working with a market leading recruitment company in the banking and finance world. They are a very well-established company and have been operating for over 30 years now.

They’re looking for a recruitment consultant to come in and build the temp desk in the banking sector. As this is quite a niche, its important that you come from a banking recruitment background for this one, as being a remote business you’ll need to know what you’re doing from day one. And if you come from a banking background too, that’d be a huge advantage in any application.

You’ll be someone who is looking for a lot of freedom in their next role. You’ll be left to your own devices here and allowed to go about your business in your own way, with no stuffy environment or KPI’s to work to; just someone who is focussed on delivering results.

You’ll also discover new business opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships with key clients and continually identify areas for business growth. You’ll do this by networking, promoting the brand, making business development calls and gathering market information too.

From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a base salary of up to £40,000, work fully remotely and have a commission scheme of up to 30%.
