Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Are you a graduate, looking to kickstart a career in recruitment?

We’re working with a recruitment agency based in North London, who are looking for grads to join them – and you don’t need any previous recruitment experience for this one either.

You’ll be someone who’ll relish the chance to be in charge of your own earning potential, you’ll be self-motivated, hardworking, efficient, well organised, a problem solver, very resilient and comfortable speaking with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.

You’ll be responsible for finding, sourcing and placing candidates into some quite niche markets, with some strict timescales too.

This is a 360 recruitment position, so you’ll be doing your own business development too, by identifying, negotiating and signing your own clients, as well as placing great candidates into them.

You’ll receive great training here, which doesn’t start and end on day one! As well as having lots of experienced consultants around you for support and guidance, so you can look forward to becoming an expert recruiter in no time!

There are also really clear progressions paths into Senior, Principal and Team Lead positions in the future, with a lot of examples of existing team members progressing to Principal Consultant level within their first 12 months.

From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a base salary of between £25k and a commission scheme that pays up to 45% (no threshold), flexible working (both hours and working from home), monthly lunch clubs, 2 holiday incentives a year (past trips include Amsterdam, Barcelona, Marbella, Ski trips and more …).
