Principal Recruitment Consultant – Retained/Search – Hybrid - £40k - £50k base – Tech, FS, Transformation, Innovation, Insurance
We’re looking for an experienced recruitment specialist to transition into the world of Leadership and Executive Search, with a particular focus on the Financial and Professional Services industries.
You’ll probably be in your present company wondering why you’re not working more roles retained. You fill well over 80% of your roles because you’re smart. You understand your clients pain points, you know how to address them and how to perform an outstanding process.
We’re looking for someone like you for our outstanding client. It’s a non stuffy, non egotistical, intelligent search firm.
They lead with a modern, data-driven approach that combines top-quality search methodology, with innovative and efficient lines of work. You’re coming into a well-oiled machine.
You’ll be someone who enjoys being in a business on a extraordinary growth trajectory, consistently increasing revenue and smashing company records regularly. Their client base is strong, loyal and appreciative of all the work they do, so will give you great foundations to come in and exceed expectations.
We’re looking for someone who really values growth potential as there is a clear path to leadership and director-level positions as the business continues to scale and grow.
The office is based in central London, but you’ll only spend Monday, Wednesday and Thursday here, Tuesday and Friday are work from home.
From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £50k, with a very generous comms scheme which equates to 33% of everything you bill (with most people billing 400k+).
