Are you an experienced recruitment consultant, looking for a new role within Cyber?

We are working with a client based in Stockport who specialise in Cyber recruitment across Europe, with a large number of clients being in Germany.

You’ll have at least a years experience in a 360 role, with a great billing record and be a natural at business development, with multiple examples of bringing greats clients on board and of course, providing them with high calibre candidates.

You’ll be given full autonomy in the way you work here, as well as having a very clear and well set out career development path too, you could be managing a team very quickly.

They predominantly work with clients in Germany, so if you are able to speak German that is a massive bonus, but not required for the role. Likewise if you have experience within cyber recruitment then that’s great, however there is nothing that they can’t train you in.

They have a great client base and work some really senior roles- an average fee here is 20k, so you have the potential to earn really well with no threshold Comms. As well as this there are quarterly holiday incentives and loads of perks that will ensure that you are fully motivated to perform!

From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £25,000 – £30,000 DOE, and a commission scheme that averages out to around 3k a placement with no threshold (paid monthly).
