Recruitment Consultant – Education

I’m looking for a real personality to join an agency who specialise in educational recruitment across the UK.  They’re looking to expand their London office and although you will ideally have a background in this sector, experience in similar industries such as health and/or social care will also be very beneficial.

The company pride themselves on working in an honest, open and ethical way, which is at the heart of everything they do.  They’re now looking for someone of a similar mindset who can help add real value to their business.

We’re looking for someone who has extensive experience in the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, so you’ll need to have a solid billing history and a proven tack record in sales and winning new business.  You’ll be a natural communicator, goal orientated and have a great team work ethic.

From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a salary of between £28,000 and £35,000 (DOE), along with a very beneficial commission scheme.  There are also other perks that can be discussed further on down the line.
