Recruitment Consultant - Education

I’m looking for a real personality to join an agency who specialise in educational recruitment for academies, schools and nurseries. They’re looking for consultants to join them and cover regional areas including; Birmingham, Northampton, Lincolnshire and Staffordshire. This can primarily be a remote based role provided you reside in the areas listed, as you’ll need to be able to attend on site client visits. Their head office is based in Nottingham, where you’ll be required to meet up a couple of times a month.
The company pride themselves on working in an honest, open and ethical way, which is at the heart of everything they do. They’re now looking for someone of a similar mindset who can help add real value to their business.
We’re looking for someone who has extensive experience in the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, so you’ll need to have a solid billing history and a proven tack record in sales and winning new business. You’ll be a natural communicator, goal orientated and have a great team work ethic.
From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a salary of between £28,000 and £31,000 (DOE), along with a very beneficial commission scheme. There are also other perks that can be discussed further on down the line. You’ll need to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for client visits.
