Recruitment Consultant – Education
We’re working with a recruitment company in the education sector, who are at the forefront of technology, utilising their groundbreaking app (developed in-house) to help place supply teachers into schools around the country, quickly and efficiently.
For this one you’ll be a 360 recruiter, coming from an educational recruitment background – ideally in a similar environment of placing supply teachers on a temporary basis, with at least one years’ experience in the sector; as it is really important that you understand the fast paced and high energy nature of the role.
You’ll work with your fantastic colleagues in the office, where you’ll share your combined years of educational experience during term-time, and you’ll be working from home during half-terms, with reduced hours depending on workload.
The offices are based near Tower Bridge in London, with great train links as it’s close to both Fenchurch and Tower bridge stations. So its important that you’re within a commutable distance of the office for this one.
From a financial perspective, you can expect a salary of up to £30k, with a commission scheme of up to 20%. As you’re in the sector already, you’ll be used to talking in days rather than billing figures. For this one, we’re looking for someone that is doing at least 100-200 days a week at the moment, and if you do that here, you’ll be compensated very well.
