Recruitment Consultant - Property

Recruitment Consultant – Property Sector – Up to 40% Commission - Hybrid (2 days a week in the Canterbury office), 2pm finishes every Friday – £25k - £40k

I’m looking to speak with 360 recruitment consultants in the property sector, for my awesome client based in Canterbury.

You’ll be working directly with the owner of the business, setting up their Dubai desk in the property sector – they already have clients and business here and are now looking to expand this further.

If you’ve got international recruitment experience in any sector, it’d definitely be worth applying for this role.

There is scope for this person to help setup a new office in Dubai in the next year or so; so if you’ve got the desire to visit Dubai or to live out there for a period of time, then this could also be a great opportunity for you.

You’ll have 360 recruitment experience as you’ll be expected to win new business and bring new clients on board.

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £40k, with a comms scheme that pays up to 40%, as well as having a 2pm finish every Friday.

You’ll be treated like an adult here and will be able to work from home 3 days a week, with every Monday and Wednesday being in the Canterbury office with the rest of the team.
