Here, you can start your day when you want, finish when you want. We’re all adults, we all have things we need to get done along with work, so the deal is you get your work done and we don’t interfere with your time.

We have an office in Brackley, which has great accessibility and our MD loves having company, but equally, if you’re a great fit for us and happen to live in a remote cave with nothing but an array of woodland creatures for company, that’s cool too.

Commission is dead simple too, you get 15% of everything you bill up to £10,000. After that you get 20% of everything you bill up to £20,000, then 50% for anything over that. There’s a threshold which is your cost to the business which is around £3,000 (ish) and commission is paid out after you hit £10,000 in billings, which is on average for this sector, is 0.7 of a placement.

We only work with progressive, positive clients because we feel it’s the right thing to do, which means we do turn down clients we’re not comfortable with.

Salary-wise, you can expect a basic of up to £35,000 depending on your experience, with a year 1 earning potential of c£60,000 and y2 (if you work very hard and bill above target) of £100k .
