Are you a senior recruitment consultant looking to join a IT specialist recruitment company who are thriving and have some genuinely exciting plans over the next few years?

You will have experience recruiting in the perm market, making senior placements within businesses in the tech sector. They are very proud of the culture they have created, and if you’re a fan of meritocracies you’ll love it here.

You’ll have at least 12 months of 360 recruitment experience, with a track record of bringing on clients and running the full recruitment process. They know modern BD is a blended approach, so will want to see you have creative ideas around outreach and ‘cold’ calling.

Work smarter not harder is a term said a lot, but here they have genuine examples of how they do that, and you will be taught from people who are regularly billing north of £500k (whilst running a business), so you will be learning from the best.

You will need to live a commutable distance to West Birmingham as you will work in a lovely office open plan office, overlooking a peaky blinderesque waterfront, only walking distance from a great selection of bars and restaurants!

From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £30,000 – £40,000 DOE, (with the expectation that you bill 4x your salary - so if you’re on higher currently we should still talk). In terms of the commission scheme, it is genuinely one of the best around - you can expect to earn c46% of everything you bill (with base).
