Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultants – fed up with being treated like a revenue generating robot?

You’ll be leading and heading up a business unit for a progressive and tech savvy agency based in Leeds.
This is a unique opportunity to create your own business within the infrastructure of an existing, successful business; building a brand new vertical where you can grow your own team within it, adding layers of hierarchy beneath you over the next 24 months.
You’ll be provided with all the tools, systems, support and coaching from two experienced Directors, and you will be fully empowered to drive the growth and revenue independently.
We’re open to speaking with people from most sectors, as long as your billing history is £180k - £200k over the last few years. You’re probably someone who could go out on your own, but you can’t be bothered with the back-end hassle and still want to work with like-minded legends who are building something special.
You know how to best attack your market, whether this is transactional with spec-ins, or long term relationships with lots of repeat business, either is fine here as long as there is a solid business case and you can make it happen.
From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (they want to make sure you get a guaranteed base salary increase of 20%), a commission structure of up to 30% and you can work from the central Leeds office, (which is a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute walk from one of the best pubs in Leeds).
You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a modern open plan office, with an onsite gym, outdoor event space and some of the best biscuits in Yorkshire.
